Cedar Staging

Cedar Staging

Greenhouse staging is usually positioned at waist height for ease of use and to give sufficient growing space for any plants on top of the staging. Our greenhouse staging is supplied as standard with a slatted surface manufactured from the finest grade long lasting Western Red Cedar. The slatted top improves ventilation thus preventing ‘damp off’ and disease, this also encourages air circulation around the roots for stronger plants. The slatted staging is the industry standard for every-day general purpose greenhouse staging.

The greenhouse staging is manufactured to fit our Growhouse greenhouses, designed to fit down either of the side walls.  The staging is fixed to the greenhouse wall and supported on both gable ends with cedar brackets, the centre part of the staging is supported by legs.  All the screws, legs brackets, etc. are included in the price.  The top slatted bench is all pre assembled in our factory, all you need to do is fit the support brackets to the side walls, attach the front legs and then you are ready to start propagating your seedlings.

The positioning and height at which the greenhouse staging is mounted can be decided on site during the assembly process. It is sensible to put the greenhouse staging on the side of the greenhouse that sees the least sun.
Greenhouse staging can be fitted down either side of your greenhouse or to maximize your space why not fit staging benching down both sides of your greenhouse.
