It's easy to shop with us - the choice is yours.  You have the option to place your order via our web site, over the telephone or by post, you can choose the method that suits you best.

We have tried to make our web site as user friendly as possible to ensure that you can select the products you want quickly and easily which we hope will ensure you fully enjoy your shopping experience.


On-Line Shopping

Ordering on the growhouse web site couldn't be easier.  Simply add the items you require to your shopping basket by clicking the “ BUY NOW”  for each product. You can view items already added to the basket by simply clicking on the “ VIEW BASKET” link in the top right of the site.  Basket Quantities can be changed or deleted at any time. When you've got everything you need continue to the checkout for payment processing. 
To process your order click the 'checkout' link in the basket.  If you are a new customer follow the links in the checkout section to fill in your details.  Once you are happy with your order and delivery details, you can fill in the payment section and confirm your order. You will be asked to agree to our terms and conditions (see Terms and Conditions Page).  Once processed an e-mail message will be sent by our server to confirm that we have received your order.  Payment on line with Growhouse Ltd. is safe and secure. We accept all major credit & debit cards.

On completion of your on-line payment or selection you will be given a confirmation order number.  Please make a note of this order number for any queries about your order

Card payments will be processed and cleared before we despatch your goods and a receipt for your goods will be enclosed with the order. We will also send out an order confirmation on receipt of your order.

Please note: If the goods are being sent to a different address i.e. for  ease of delivery or for a present the receipt will be sent to the cardholders name and address.


Telephone Orders

Growhouse telephone order lines are open from Monday - Friday from 9am to 5pm and again you can choose to pay by credit or debit card or cheque.  All our advisors have excellent product knowledge so we can answer any query you have before ordering and help you to choose the right product.


Orders by Post

If you prefer you can send us a cheque or your credit/debit card details by post.  The easiest way to pay by cheque is to request a catalogue that will be sent with an order form and a reply paid envelope.  Simply complete this order form and post this along with your payment in the reply paid envelope.  Or simply send us a letter with the items you would like to order and include your cheque for the appropriate amount.  Please remember to add the postage & packaging charge to your order value where applicable.
