This energy efficient heater is suitable for greenhouses up to a10 x 12. The ‘Indiana’ greenhouse heater is an energy efficient option to the other heaters in our range and although this heater is not as powerful as the 10x8 Heater in our range (the maximum temperature being produced is 26 degrees with a fan output of 35W) it is a more efficient alternative.
The greenhouse heater is more efficient because it pulls the warm air through the inlet tube on top of the heater (this can be positioned high up in the glasshouse where the air is generally warmer) then warms it to the set temperature and recycles it via two flexible outlets at the bottom so you can direct heat exactly where you need it. The thermostat can be set to heat the greenhouse when the temperature falls below a certain level. The heater can also be used to ventilate the greenhouse in the summer months by only using the fan and turning the heating element off. The greenhouse heater is easy to operate and comes with a two year guarantee.
