Noel Gallagher 'swaps city living for a garden'

16:47 17th June 2011

Former Oasis star Noel Gallagher has moved out of central London so he can have a garden.

The 44-year-old rocker has agreed to move to the leafy suburb of Maida Vale so that his wife-to-be Sara MacDonald can have an outside space, the Daily Star reports.

The pair are set to be married tomorrow (June 18th) and are said to be looking forward to a lifestyle of pottering in the garden and cruising on the local waterways.

A source told the newspaper: "Noel has admitted that he misses being in the heart of London but he wants Sara to be happy and, because she loves her garden, he's just dealing with it."

The insider went on to reveal that Noel's estranged brother Liam is apparently not impressed with the move, saying he has "gone soft".
