A garden and greenhouse attraction in Wales is looking to boost its visitor numbers by offering free entry for the entirety of January.
The National Botanic Garden of Wales is repeating its tenth anniversary promotion by giving botany fans a great excuse to visit its stunning grounds and glasshouses.
As well as free entry, the popular site is staging a number of top events throughout the month of January, the Royal Horticultural Society (RHS) reported.
Recently named the Times' Number One Winter Wonderland in the UK, the garden attraction's Lord Foster's Great Glasshouse will be used to host a Wood Craft Weekend, Wine Weekend and Local Producer Food Fair.
"We're hoping to see lots of visitors and also make some new friends, too," head of marketing and communications David Hardy said.
The promotion is aimed at boosting the attraction's popularity even further by allowing a wider range of people to experience all it has to offer.
Meanwhile, the RHS recently reported that the Durham Heritage Coast had won a prestigious national gong for landscaping.
