RHS Garden Wisley achieves world record

The popular Royal Horticultural Society (RHS) Garden Wisley has helped hundreds of visitors become world record holders.
On October 30th, the attraction welcomed hundreds of Brits intent on breaking the record for the largest number of conkers matches being played at the same time.
In all, 502 people took part in 251 bouts, with the results officially being verified earlier this week.
It means that the garden and greenhouse enthusiasts who made the journey can now count themselves alongside some of the world's greats in achieving a Guinness world record.
The RHS thanked everyone who took part, adding that it was down to their willingness to give it a go that the record was broken.
"We had players of all ages joining in, with some families travelling as far away as Sussex to take part," it said.
The matches took place on the Seven Arches lawn at the famous horticultural attraction, which was given to the RHS in 1903.
