Brits who love getting their hands dirty in the garden and greenhouse may be interested in picking up a copy of the latest edition of the Royal Horticultural Society (RHS) Encyclopaedia of Plants & Flowers.
The new issue of the popular book goes on sale on Wednesday (September 1st) and is the latest in a line that goes back 23 years to 1987.
Since then it has sold close to three million copies, helping gardeners old and new to improve their green spaces.
Featuring more than 8,000 plants, the book is perfect for growers who want to up their game and boost their knowledge.
The information is supplemented by thousands of images, with full colour spreads helping to illustrate specimens in vivid detail.
Those buying the book online will get it for the special price of £28 - a discount of £7 on the shop price.
In other news, the RHS recently reported that a group of community growers in Wales are planning to bring back some of the country's favourite heirloom apple varieties in a new orchard.
