Tatton to offer garden and greenhouse tips

A UK garden and greenhouse attraction will soon be using the internet to distribute regular horticultural tips and advice.
Tatton Park Garden trialled the podcast with The Garden Channel and recorded more than 1,100 hits in the first 72 hours," the Knutsford Guardian reported.
It has subsequently accepted a deal that will see garden manager Sam Youd and garden team leader Simon Tetlow record regular snippets for the channel.
The initial video saw the experts discuss winter garden and greenhouse tasks, as well as how to prune acers.
Mr Youd explained that he enjoyed filming after having it explained to him what a podcast actually is.
"One real advantage for people tuning in is the immediacy of the footage - it's been great to be able to film one day and see the footage the next and Simon and I are really enjoying working with The Garden Channel," he told the newspaper.
The second instalment will see Mr Youd and Mr Tetlow give advice on forcing rhubarb, taking hardwood cuttings and pruning wisterias.
Meanwhile, Tatton Park is encouraging people to bring their mum for tea at the attraction this Mothers Day, which takes place on March 14th.
