What to buy a garden and greenhouse fan

Garden and greenhouse enthusiasts can be difficult to buy for as you never know what they need or want.
However, Monty Don has suggested in the Daily Mail that gift buyers can never go wrong with a good pair of secateurs - such as those from Felco's, which "last for years" due to the fact that every part can be replaced.
He said that men will likely appreciate anything with a blade, such as spades, hoes, garden pocket knives and scythes.
A good additional present can be a pocket sharpening stone, which should help extend the useful life of tools.
Don also explained that an amateur gardener who is just starting out might appreciate a propagating kit, which can be placed in the greenhouse or by a windowsill and be the ideal starter pack.
Monty Don has carved out a career for himself as an expert gardener, despite having had no formal training.
